 A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 is required to hold a puppy or a place on the reservations list. This deposit will be applied towards the full purchase price of the puppy.  

The deposits can be placed using the PayPal Button on the home page. Please wait to be approved before placing non-refundable deposit. 

*** Deposits have a 12 month acceptance period.  This does not include any waiting for your puppy past the 12 month mark.  You have up to 12 months to move your deposit around if needed. This is for your convenience ***

Final Payment may NOT utilize PayPal or Personal Checks!                  (cash, certified bank check, Money order and bank wire only)

 Puppies sold with limited registration are sold as high quality pets with a spay/neuter contract by 1.5 - 2 years of age.  It is not recommended to spay/neuter any sooner for sound health.

Pricing in accordance to breeder discretion, any rarities such as but not limited to, rare colors such as Dark Mahogany Reds or exceptional type/look etc.  

*** Although all of our breedings and puppies are of the highest type and quality some puppies from an individual litter or breeding pair are even more exceptional and priced accordingly. Breeder reserves the right to hold back or mark up puppies these puppies or litters after they have been analyzed. This is not very common! ***

Breeder has the right to hold back a puppy for any reason. Example, best breed specimen for future breeding etc.

 Puppies sold with full registration are sold as show dogs.  These dogs are top picks of a litter. There will be a requirement to show the dog and to have the dog titled before breeding.  

We do not sell full registration dogs/puppies without a show contract! There are other special circumstances surrounding this agreement.
